The quality of the food at this restaurant is quite good, especially the duck blood and Matsusaka pork congee, which taste even better with spicy pickled vegetables. The fried dough sticks are very crispy, and overall, the presentation is excellent. The broth is rich, making it an affordable choice.
Chain restaurant, I've eaten at another location before. You can take unlimited spicy radish and fried dough sticks, both of which are quite tasty. The fried dough sticks are really crispy! Drinks include winter melon tea, which is pleasantly not too sweet.
Duck blood - great Sichuan peppercorn flavor, slightly spicy
Pork head skin - strong smoky taste
Sesame oil Matsusaka pork porridge - the sesame oil flavor is somewhat lacking, but the Matsusaka pork is delicious, and it tastes much better with added spicy radish
Pork bone slice udon - the broth is pretty rich, the corn is a bit soft, and the udon is elastic
Overall, it's a pretty good and affordable option.
