The bamboo charcoal toast is unique and delicious, with evenly distributed and moist filling, a proper ratio of meat to vegetables, and good seasoning. The Martha chicken is especially recommended.
The store is not large, seating is limited, and reservations are required.
The service staff were friendly and considerate, making people feel comfortable.
The store isn't large, and there aren't many seats. You can make a reservation online. They mainly sell teppanyaki toast, and the minimum spending for dining in is 99 NT dollars on weekdays and 150 NT dollars on weekends. Since I wasn't very hungry that day, I only ordered toast and shared a cup of fresh milk with a friend.
It was my first time trying bamboo charcoal toast. It looks cool and doesn't have any strange taste. The filling is evenly distributed and moist enough so that the toast isn't too dry. I think the ratio of meat to vegetables is also quite good. You can choose between half-cooked or fully cooked eggs, and you can customize the green onions, garlic, side dishes, and sauces to avoid ingredients you don't like.
This time, I ordered the Iron Beef Green Onion and the Marsha Chicken. I thought both flavors were good, but I personally preferred the Marsha Chicken. The beef in the Iron Beef Green Onion occasionally had a tough bite which was a bit hard to chew, but the chicken didn't have that issue.
The staff in the store were friendly and attentive. Next time, I will come with a slightly emptier stomach to try out the set meals.
