This store opened in 2021, the year the epidemic broke out. The boss chose to open a shop in an alley, selling delicious dishes inherited from his father. Whether it is the decoration in the store or the dishes provided, they maintain a simple and unpretentious style. However, it is these simple ingredients that bring delicious enjoyment...

✅Signature dry noodles: Use a noodle body similar to steamed noodles, with a springy texture. The base of the sauce is seasoned with soy sauce, so it's not too salty. There are also some slices of meat and bean sprouts.

✅Small roll noodle soup: The soup uses scallions and has a distinct aroma. It also tastes very refreshing and not greasy. The small rolls are quite fresh and taste very good.

✅Pig heart soup: The taste is fresh and sweet, without any fishy smell at all. And the pig heart is quite strong to bite.

✅Ingredients: This time I chose meatloaf, meat rolls and pork rinds (it depends on what is available at the counter on site). The cutting parts are all above the standard, and the taste and texture are all there. The meat on the edge of your mouth is soft and tender; the meat rolls are average; the pork rind is very good, but it has no seasoning on its own and needs to be eaten with sauce.
