The weather in Taichung is really nice today! The sun is huge
But it’s also very hot! What to eat for lunch in this weather?
It was really bothering me, so I went out looking for food on the back of Auropodum
I saw this place when I was passing by Xitun Road

It feels like it should be a newly opened store, the overall decoration appearance
Very new! The whole decoration tone gives people a very refreshing feeling
I decided to eat here for Chinese food~
When I entered the counter and looked at the menu, I felt a lot
I really wanted to try it, but in the end I decided to be on the safe side, fearing that I might be in trouble.
So I ordered 🥖Signature Vietnamese French Bread
The owner is a pair of very young Vietnamese.
When ordering, they communicated with me in less than fluent Chinese.
But he was very friendly, and I could tell that the boss wanted to introduce the special features of the meal to me, even though I really couldn’t understand it! Ha ha
After ordering, I started taking photos!
It's ready in a hurry. After receiving the meal, I felt that the overall packaging was quite high-quality and the simple color scheme made me feel comfortable.
When I opened the package and saw the side of the meal, there wasn’t much filling.
Filled with Vietnamese ham, pickled cucumber, and shredded carrots
With sweet and sour pickled radish! Commonly used ingredients
I smell the freshly baked French bread
The air is filled with the sour smell of pickled radish and cucumber.
It instantly stimulated my salivation! 🤤🤤
Take a big bite~Hmm~~~The bread is toasted just right
Crispy crust, soft and fluffy bread!
Paired with the filling, it exudes sour and sweet taste in the mouth
Very refreshing! My appetite suddenly whetted! 🤗🤗
After taking the second bite, I discovered that their pickled radish is actually the same as
Pickled cucumbers are not spicy at all! Simple sweet and sour taste!
The acidity is also acceptable to me! Instead, it’s sweet
It’s richer, but fortunately it won’t make you feel cloying!
The ham has been roasted and tastes average.
The flavor of the meat didn’t come out! It’s a pity~😅
But overall it’s a delicious French bread!
If you like spicy food, you can ask the boss to make it spicy!
This time I ordered spicy! 😆😆
