The assorted braised noodles and medicinal braised noodles offered by the noodle shop taste quite good, and the tofu pockets are especially delicious. The broth is better than that of typical vegetarian restaurants, but it’s not extraordinary. The side dishes, like ginger shreds and kelp, are also very good.
This noodle shop does not take a break at noon and is also open in the afternoon during non-meal hours, making it convenient and flexible.
This noodle shop has always had good business. I've only tried the braised noodles, which come in two varieties: mixed braised noodles (with tofu skin and tofu) and herbal braised noodles (with mushrooms and vegetarian lamb). I forgot there were different flavors since I hadn't been here in a long time, so I ordered the mixed variety, but I also found that the tofu skin is quite tasty and filling. The broth is better than that of typical vegetarian restaurants, though not extraordinarily impressive. The noodles are also decent, and the side dishes are quite good, with plenty of shredded ginger. The kelp is not overly crunchy or weird; it has a normal texture. This place is open through lunch without a break, so you can come here to eat during non-peak hours in the afternoon as well.
