The pork belly rice roll is highly recommended, with thick meat that is fatty yet not greasy, providing a rich texture when paired with other ingredients. The Korean spicy mixed noodles have a prominent spiciness, are refreshing and delicious, and have no greasiness. Additionally, the kimchi has a moderate sourness and spiciness, while the fish cake soup is refreshing and tasty.
Before eating, I looked it up, and it's generally highly recommended to try the pork belly rice roll. After eating it myself, I also think this roll deserves five stars and has become a favorite shop of mine.🤣
✨ Pork Belly Rice Roll $199
(Korean sesame leaves, Taiwanese pork belly, special fruit vinegar radish, exclusive homemade fruit sauce, fresh salad, cucumber)
The pork belly in the rice roll is quite thick, with a good mix of fat and lean meat, but it's rich without being greasy. When you take a bite and chew slowly, you can taste the sweet and juicy pork belly, the crisp cucumber, and the sweet and sour radish juice that spreads, with the aroma of sesame leaves subtly balancing everything.
I couldn't help but eat one after another. 🤤
Set meal: One side dish + One bowl of fish cake soup
The side dish is kimchi, with just the right amount of sourness and spiciness; although the soup has no ingredients, it's still tasty.
🌶️ Korean Spicy Noodles $159
(Korean cold noodles, apple, cucumber, bean sprouts, egg, chopped green onions)
It is a bit spicy🤣 but still delicious, just as my friend has been craving.
Cold noodles are already very refreshing, and with the fresh vegetables and fruits, the noodles are even smoother, with no greasiness at all. The spiciness enhances the flavors to a whole new level.
If I have the chance to come back, I want to try other flavors of rice rolls and Korean tofu stew. 😍
