This time I'm introducing another bar in the nightlife series.
This bar under construction is located near Si-si Nan Village.
In terms of transportation, you may need to take a bus or MRT and walk a bit to get there.

From the entrance to the interior, the shop is quite creative.
The overall decor and arrangement match its shop name,
and it all has an atmosphere of being under construction.
You can see a large construction sign at the entrance as the shop's representative!

Additionally, when you push open the door and step inside,
you are greeted by an array of tools in a workshop-style setting,
which creates a great ambiance!

The menu is diverse, offering everything from food to cocktails and hookah,
making it quite a nice bistro!

Years ago, Dickson visited this shop,
but he didn't have a strong impression of it at the time.
He only remembered that this place seemed to be new or something like that,
so they didn't offer much food back then,
and he and his friends even ordered delivery to eat inside. 😂😂😂

However, this visit really refreshed my memory.
The dishes here are pretty delicious!
Each flavor is rich and impressive!

As for the drinks, I think they are above average!

The interior space is also quite nice.
Although the seating is limited,
it gives a great vibe for having a drink and some food.

Moreover, there’s a projection screen playing movies or sports events.

In conclusion, this bistro has a bit of everything—
though it’s not large, it’s well-equipped with various offerings.
It seems like you can eat, drink, or even enjoy hookah here!

Except for being a bit farther from the bustling area,
I think this bar is genuinely great.
I highly recommend all my friends come here to check it out!

⭐️ Food Recommendation
👉 Construction-style Spicy Chicken Wings $240
The spicy chicken wings are not extremely hot,
but they've got a drier feel to them,
which makes them very appetizing!
They're also quite juicy!

You’ll really want to eat one right after another!～

👉 Spicy Seafood and Meat Dry Pot $300
The seafood and meat dry pot includes a variety of seafood, pork, and beef.
There are definitely squids and such among the seafood.
The ingredients are quite abundant.
Though it says it's spicy, it's not overwhelmingly so;
the entire dry pot is quite rich,
and you can find a lot of different things to eat!

👉 Red Wine Braised Beef $360
As for the red wine-braised beef,
it comes with bread for pairing.
So basically, you can enjoy the ingredients from the beef dish with the bread together,
which gives it a really European feel.
The portion of beef they provide is quite sufficient and tasty!

👉 Oysters $580
The oysters are a bit more ordinary.
Of course, besides simple oysters, they've added some other ingredients for garnish.
They placed a few salmon roe on top.
Overall, it's fresh and pleasant!

For the food,
I feel each dish has memorable points,
and the flavors are really rich.

Looking at the menu, there are many more options to enjoy,
but since we couldn't eat that much on that day,
after this experience, I feel I will definitely come back next time to try other items!～～

⭐️ Drink Recommendation
On that day, my friend and I ordered a total of four cocktails,
and I think the cocktails here are above average.
They are not too light like some other drinks,
and each cup has adequate flavor!

So for cocktails, I personally recommend them as well—
plus the menu shows a lot of choices!

Next time I come, I will surely try other cocktails!

⭐️ Atmosphere
The lighting style in the shop leans toward being a bit dark,
so if you need light, you might have to use your phone for illumination. 😂😂😂

The shop also has a projection screen playing movies,
so if you're interested in watching some films or series here,
maybe you can ask the shop.
Additionally, there are screens above the bar area for sports event broadcasts,
making it a very multifunctional bar!～

Moreover, the atmosphere is quite quiet and comfortable.
There are sofa areas in the seating area,
which are really quite comfy!～

However, the space here is not large at all,
so the seating is somewhat limited.
There are only about three or four tables,
with other spots in the bar area.

Thus, if you’re interested in coming,
it’s best to make a reservation in advance!

⭐️ Service
The staff at the shop is relatively enthusiastic.
When ordering, they will introduce the food and drink options.

Other than that, it’s basic service like taking and delivering orders.
But since there aren’t many staff due to it being a small shop,
this is understandable. 😂😂😂

⭐️ Price
I think the food prices here are quite reasonable,
especially considering the portion sizes are pretty generous,
and the flavors are good.
The prices definitely won’t be considered high!～

As for drinks,
they're at a general cocktail price point in Taipei,
and it’s about the same as this price.

Therefore, regarding prices,
I think it's quite average,
a regular expense for a shop!

⭐️ In summary,
I think this is a bar well worth visiting!
The organized environment and ambiance are really well done,
and it perfectly matches its name.

In terms of food, I find it really great.
Every dish I ordered that day was something I very much liked,
unique and delicious!

The shop also performs well in drinks,
and besides meals and drinks,
they also offer hookah service,
making it a place where you can enjoy everything!

So, when it comes to bistros,
I think it’s quite perfect!～
