Today is the bicycle club's gathering
So a group of 9 people went to Bali for dinner
We ordered a table set for ten people
Mainly featuring indigenous cuisine
The atmosphere of the whole restaurant is amazing
It really has a vibe that feels great
Below are the dishes that I found memorable

🌟 Headman's Five Blessings Platter
My favorite in this dish is the crispy fried golden sand fish skin
It's very crunchy and has no fishy smell
The golden sand is smooth and doesn't overpower the taste
The lime-spicy shrimp are convenient because they help remove the shrimp shells
But the other flavors are pretty much what you could imagine～

🌟 Lime Pickled Cabbage and Wild Boar Hot Pot
When it arrived, it was a large pot full of food
It looked very abundant
There was a generous amount of pickled cabbage
I personally felt the flavor was approachable
Since I’m a bit sensitive to sourness,
It’s not so sour that you can’t handle it

🌟 Atayal Tribe Bamboo Tube Rice
Each person gets their own bamboo tube of rice
Probably because of the table set, the portion is quite large
I was very hungry when it first arrived
After finishing the whole thing, I couldn't eat too much of anything else 😆
I suggest everyone not to open the bamboo tube rice too early

🌟 Amis Tribe Stone Steamed Shrimp with Millet Rice
The shrimp isn't too difficult to peel
It's quite tasty
But the flavor is what you might expect

🌟 Sakura Shrimp with Chicken Juice and Sugarcane Sprouts
This dish is somewhat like typical banquet dishes
It uses a thickening agent for the vegetables
It included various kinds of peppers that I'm not brave enough to eat
I personally don’t really like it

🌟 BBQ Charcoal Grilled Pork Ribs
The charcoal grilled pork ribs are very fragrant
The meat on the ribs is very firm

🌟 Garlic Orange Signature Roasted Chicken
The roasted chicken is quite tender
There was a service to slice the chicken on-site
But it wasn't the flamboyant kind of show
However, the slicing service was a bit lazy
Each piece was very large
We still had to split them ourselves
Later, I noticed others' tables seemed to have smaller portions
It should have been an issue with our server that day
But it didn't detract from the deliciousness of the dish

These are the dishes that stood out to me
Since there are quite a few restaurants in Bali,
If I come back here to play,
I might want to try eating at other places.
