Although the popularity of Jen-Hsun Huang has subsided, we still have to make a pilgrimage to the hot stir-fried restaurant where Jen-Hsun Huang came to eat!

A friend who has been abroad for two years had his first dinner party after returning to China. At his request, he came to this stir-fried restaurant called "Ziu Weng Yugang Seafood". It is located near Nanjing Fuxing Station, about a 7-minute walk from Exit 5.

This restaurant has a lot of seats. It seems to have three floors. The first floor is more suitable for small groups. If there are many people gathering for dinner, they should arrange round tables on the second and third floors.

The clerk was very warm and friendly, and would recommend our signature dishes. He also shared with us that it wasn’t that Huang didn’t eat garlic, but that some of his friends at the same table didn’t want to eat it, and that he didn’t want fried garlic for certain vegetables 😂

This time we had a dinner party with 10 people. We ordered 15 dishes and got 4 cans of drinks. The total bill was $3730. We could eat rice all the time and it was just enough to fill us up. I personally think it was a great value and we had a lot of different dishes for one person. It doesn’t cost $400, and most of the dishes are delicious

Dishes that I personally recommend include:
Oyster crisps $200-No way, this dish is my must-order at hot stir-fry restaurants
Fried rice with shredded pork $110 - it’s fried and the eggs are very fragrant. It’s the kind of fried rice I’d rather take out on my own.
Comprehensive sashimi is $220 - there are 7 pieces. I ate the salmon, which was thick, large, soft and tender, delicious!
Jinsha Tofu $180 - Although there is no Jinsha flavor, the tofu is tender enough, and my friends in the same restaurant also love this dish
Cabbage $110 - The price is very cheap, the plate is quite big, the vegetables are fried very fragrant, and the flavor of the pot is good, we even ordered a second plate

Personally, I think the Kung Pao Chicken is better. It tastes different from what I originally imagined. You can just ignore it.
