This time I came to Lugu Township in Nantou for work. The whole road was full of local chicken restaurants. I picked a restaurant that looked pleasing to the eye and had dinner at the Asan Whole Bamboo Shoots Restaurant.

The oolong tea chicken is super delicious. The tea leaves taste like fried seaweed. The chicken is covered with the store's unique sauce. It's sweet and salty and goes very well with rice. However, the small portion is about half a chicken, which is just right for two people.

How can you come here and not order their crispy bamboo shoots? Every bite is crispy. The boss said they grow their own vegetables, so they are really fresh and delicious.

We were the only group of guests dining on Saturday. The air-conditioning was not turned on but it was not hot either. However, there was a mosquito and we were bitten three times haha😆
