I had the Capital Burger which came with caramelized onions, Wisconsin grand cru gruyère and shallot aioli. The star was the patty, which was juicy and thick (no smashburger). The open secret behind the beef is blending different cuts using only beef from small, family-owned farms.
With the burger I picked the french sea salt fries which were thin and crispy. Solid and good.
Together with a nice beer from the tap I had a great lunch with a super friendly waiter making me feel so welcome.
