One of the few snacks I think is delicious in Lan Yu is a braised dish stall located in the main zone of the Dongqing Night Market. When I first came to Lan Yu, there were several tables set up in the middle of the night market, almost all occupied by customers of the braised dish stalls.

The menu at this braised dish stall is divided into individual items and set meals. It’s recommended to order a set meal and then add on anything else you want to avoid feeling unsatisfied. Friends who like spicy food must try their spicy dishes; they are really tasty.

In terms of pricing, it is indeed more expensive than in Taiwan because it is not easy to transport and preserve ingredients in Lan Yu, leading to additional costs. For payment, in addition to cash, you can also use street payment services, so you don’t have to worry about not having cash on hand.
