Environment
The atmosphere inside is somewhat dim, with only the pendant light above the dining table providing illumination. There are quite a few seats in the dining area, including a long table for larger gatherings. However, the ventilation inside is quite poor. On the day of my visit, there were about two large tables and two small tables of customers, resulting in a smoky environment, making the dining experience less comfortable.

This set features a variety of beef. The highly anticipated A5 Wagyu left me a bit disappointed; while the thinly sliced beef had beautiful marbling, some parts had too much marbling, affecting the overall presentation. The cubed beef, however, had more even marbling and was very tender; it paired well with the side dishes, making it less greasy.

I believe this is a must-order item. It comes with three slices, which are soft and maintain a nice texture after being grilled. It’s a pity they didn’t provide scallion salt for dipping, as that would have made it even better.
