Since I have been abroad for a long time, I miss Chinese food a little bit.
As a result, I was pulled into a restaurant where I heard the pot stickers were delicious..
When we got here, the waiters were still locals, but the chef was Chinese.
You can speak Chinese when ordering~~ The boss will come out to greet you!

❤️Pot stickers
One portion is 10 pieces. The pot stickers are quite big... what we Chinese call the ones with thin skin and lots of fillings! But I think it's a bit too dry... so it would be a bit hard to swallow without soy sauce and vinegar~ But the overall taste is pretty good!

❤️Big braised noodles
Their big braised noodles are less authentic...maybe because they lack the bamboo shoots, it just lacks a flavor! And their dishes are not particularly picky... nor are they cooked until soft... so they are not particularly delicious! But I haven’t eaten Chinese food for a long time, so I think it’s acceptable! We chose the shaved noodles for the big braised noodles. But in the end, we ate more and more and it seemed like there was no less noodles at all.. It was more like the noodles that mainlanders eat! It’s not as chewy as shaved noodles..but it’s thinner and a little bit rotten!

The beef is big...but not particularly tender! The fascia is not particularly easy to bite open! For noodles, you can choose noodles or shaved noodles. Because the big braised noodles choose shaved noodles, we chose noodles for the beef noodles! But the noodles are not very tasty... I can only eat the noodles and drink the soup! The soup is quite good ~ you can have the feeling of traditional beef noodles!

Overall... I don't think I would particularly go there to eat it! If you pass by but there is nothing to eat, you can go in and eat some pot stickers and then leave!
