Department dinner after get off work
There are 8 of us in the private room in the store
Uncle's roasted pork is a famous roasted pork in Hsinchu.
There are many branches in Hsinchu and Zhubei.
Highly recommended if you are eating with good friends👍🏻

⚠️General things to note⚠️:

1. Reservation is required in advance, and you may have to wait for a long time on site
2. It is difficult to park nearby, so please do not park illegally (the nearby police often patrol!)
3. The four-person set meal is suitable for about five people, because a lot of meat will make you feel tired later.

👌🏻General experience👌🏻:

1. Eight of us ordered a set meal for four people*2
   Lots of beef & 2 pots of hot pot
   Less chicken, pork & seafood
   Since we only have one pot, we asked them to cook the other pot before serving it.
2. The waiter served the food very quickly, and he came immediately after pressing the service bell.
3. The unit price is a bit high - ordering the set meal is more cost-effective!

🍴Dining experience🍴:
Because it was a department dinner, everyone spent the time in a little nervousness.
I didn’t take too many photos (for fear of being noticed🤣)
There are many types of meat, so I won’t list them all.
Just talk about the particularly impressive parts

1. Hot pot (garlic chicken soup base)🍲🧄
   The soup alone tastes very garlicky and has the sweetness of clam soup.
   But there is only one vegetable plate, very little
   Many of us are gone without eating any green vegetables🥹

2. Beef tongue with chopped green onion🐮👅
   The most impressive thing is his onion salt, I gave him a bowl
   No matter what kind of meat I have, it goes with it.
   Fresh scallions + onions + olive oil (?
   It tastes very refreshing and relieves tiredness

3. Blue striped lobster, live sweet oysters, seafood prawns🦐🦞🦪
   The boss and colleagues all praised the large portion of seafood.
   And the grass shrimp part is very considerate and the shrimp lines are removed.
   We threw the lobster into the soup and cooked it.
   Remember not to drink the soup after cooking⋯⚠️

4. 3 types of Japanese Wagyu beef today🐮
   The last dish is served...(I really recommend you finish the meat before the seafood)
   It’s Wagyu beef with beautiful oil flowers.
   You don’t need to bake it for too long before you can eat it.
   It really feels like it melts in your mouth when you eat it, so sweet🍬

To sum it up: 🌟4/5
Among the meat products, beef is the most diverse.
I sincerely hope that the hot pot dishes are not just for one person.
Beef will feel greasy after eating it
I hope the store can take the initiative or provide water in the self-service area ~
Overall, it’s good. You can bring your friends for a second visit🤪
