This restaurant has been around for 45 years, serving locally sourced fresh lamb. The angelica lamb soup is rich in herbal flavor, and the lamb is free from any gamey taste. Before cooking, a bit of white wine is added to enhance the lamb’s sweetness. After serving, shredded ginger is added, which almost eliminates any gamey smell. You can taste the care that goes into the careful simmering, and the portion of lamb is generous. The sliced lamb has a slight chewiness, adding some texture variation. Dipped in special sauce and chili oil, it offers a unique flavor—definitely a worthwhile dish to order.
The fried noodles have a rather moist and soft texture, making them more suitable for children or seniors. Those who prefer a chewy texture could be disappointed.
