Located in Shilin Night Market, the shop is easily seen from the Jiantan MRT station ahead. Sweet potato balls are a must-try for me at the night market, and there are other places nearby, but this shop looks like it offers small, hearty ones. At that time, there was no need to queue, so I thought I’d give it a try.

There are quite a few flavors to choose from, including plum, seaweed, chocolate, pepper, and lemon pepper salt, but I usually love the original flavor. The small ones are crispy outside and chewy inside, with a fairly solid texture. Although I enjoy sweet potato balls, I'm not overly professional or picky; this place is just generally tasty.
Overall, it's convenient with little need to queue, fairly standard, but I wouldn’t make a special trip back.
