To dare to name itself "Taiwan Restaurant" naturally shows confidence, as it claims to be the top choice for Taiwanese cuisine in the city (like the "Taiwan Restaurant" in Berkeley, University Town). This "Taiwan Restaurant" in Milpitas is also known for its signature dish, "Wanluan Pig Trotters," which is a delicacy from Wanluan Township, Pingtung County in southern Taiwan, a dish that is generally difficult for families to prepare.

The menu is designed beautifully, with dishes categorized into several main types (snacks, rice dishes, dry noodles, fried noodles, etc.), making it easy for customers to choose. We ordered the snack "Five-Spice Chicken Rolls" to share. This is also a dish that requires complex preparation.

(2) Rice Dish - Wanluan Pig Trotter Rice: Two of us chose this main dish. The pig trotters have been deboned, rightly called "Leg Meat," for easier eating.
(3) Fried Noodles - Beef Fried Noodles.
(4) Dry Noodles - Taiwanese Fried Noodles.

We felt very satisfied (content and full). Next time, we will invite friends to dine together.
