This place is Okonomiyaki Ofuku, located in the B1 of Hanshin Department Store Umeda main store, mainly selling Osaka-style pancakes and fried noodles.

After eating the famous Ikayaki from Hanshin across the street and still feeling a bit hungry, I happened to see that the fried noodles here looked delicious, so I decided to give it a try.

It comes with a fried egg, the noodles are chewy, stir-fried beautifully, and the sauce is moderately sweet and salty. It tastes even smoother when combined with the egg, and overall the flavor is quite good.
