Located in the Shangqing Twilight Market, this shop is somewhat on the outskirts, so you should be able to see it if you walk around the outside.

This shop mainly sells noodles, rice sausage, and soup, but not rice. This time I didn't order the hidden dishes, but based on my impression from last time, the rice sausage was quite good. In the early stages, the soup here was also pretty decent, overall the flavors are good.

This time I ordered Silken Soup and stir-fried noodles. The seasoning for the Silken Soup was quite good; it wasn't too salty and didn’t have a strong taste of MSG, so after drinking it, I didn't feel thirsty. There were a decent amount of ingredients in the Silken Soup, but aside from that, the herbs and other ingredients were very few, which is a minor drawback.

Additionally, their stir-fried noodles are just simple yellow noodles, the cheapest kind. While it's not surprising that small noodle stalls outside would use this type of noodle, this shop's yellow noodles were overcooked and too soft, and the seasoning wasn't particularly appealing, making them rather difficult to enjoy.

In summary, I basically recommend the rice sausage and soup at this shop; the Silken Soup is decent in flavor but has fewer ingredients.
