The variety of dishes is rich, including ginger duck, cabbage, duck meatballs, etc., but the soup base is not thick enough, and the seasoning is average. Some ingredients, like the spare ribs, have an off-putting taste.
The service staff's actions are a bit slow; although there are not many customers, the service efficiency needs to be improved.

On the day before the start of winter (11/7), I had sesame oil chicken, and the day after the start of winter, I came to have ginger duck 😂. Due to the timing and location, I thought I would take it home and ordered the following.
▪️Takeout set $580
· One serving of ginger duck · Cabbage · Duck meatballs · Shiitake mushrooms · Frozen tofu · Rice blood cake · Shimeji mushrooms
▪️ Noodle $40 ▪️ Egg dumpling $60 ▪️ Pork slices $140
▪️ Crispy ribs $70 ▪️ Spicy Sichuan meatballs $60
▪️ Tofu skin roll $50 ▪️ Black fungus $50
▪️ Baby bok choy $50
Actually, I'm not very familiar with ginger duck, and the soup I took home wasn't diluted or seasoned. It had a slight spiciness, but I felt the broth wasn’t rich enough. However, since I had it too infrequently, I didn't know if this was right or wrong.
Regarding the ingredients, I found the spicy meatballs quite spicy. The noodle had a nice shallot flavor, but the others didn’t have much aroma. The crispy ribs had a taste I didn’t like, the duck meat was quite good, but the rest were rather average with no memorable points.
Overall, I don't know if it’s a takeaway issue, but the soup didn’t taste as I expected. For hygiene purposes, every dish and ingredient was packaged in plastic bags, which is really not environmentally friendly (although I understand the hygiene concerns, I will try to avoid takeout of this type in the future). Additionally, the service was a bit slow, and there weren’t many customers at the time; it's highly replaceable, so I probably won't return.
Braces person review: This time it's takeaway
Here are the meals for this time:
Takeaway set meal for 580 TWD, includes ginger duck, cabbage, duck meatballs, mushrooms, frozen tofu, blood rice cake, and enoki mushrooms. Additionally, the noodle soup is 40 TWD (clumps after takeaway, broth can improve it), egg dumplings 60 TWD (taste is decent), pork slices 140 TWD (average), crispy ribs 70 TWD (has a frozen taste, not to my liking), spicy Sichuan meatballs 60 TWD (sufficiently spicy with a hint of heat), tofu skin rolls 50 TWD, black fungus 50 TWD, baby bok choy 50 TWD. Other ingredients are average, and the duck meat is not difficult to chew.
On a cold day, I wanted to take home some ginger duck, and saw this place with decent ratings on Google Maps, so I was hopeful to give it a try. However, the ginger flavor in the broth was not prominent, the overall seasoning was quite ordinary, lacking the aroma and layers that ginger duck should have. The broth's performance was disappointing, the overall experience was mediocre, and I personally wouldn't return.
