7 minutes walk from Namba Station on all lines.

A yakiniku restaurant located in a restaurant district filled with atmosphere, with cobblestone streets and lantern lights that evoke the Showa era.

It is located just inside the Sennichimae shopping arcade and is marked by a wooden entrance.
The restaurant has counter seating and table seating, and is dimly lit with warm, wooden interior lighting, creating a relaxing, secluded space.

I ordered the extreme course.
All the meat will be grilled and cut for you by the staff.

Let's start with the appetizer platter.
The yukhoe was topped with caviar and salmon roe and decorated with gold leaf, making it look gorgeous!

Extreme Chateau Britan
The tongue base is cut thickly.
Cook it thoroughly on both sides and rare in the middle.
It had just the right amount of elasticity and a good bite.

The legendary belly steak
They grill it thoroughly on both sides and finish it off with a flambé to add flavor!
Dip it in the sauce and mix it with the rich egg yolk. The chopped caviar and truffle oil gave it a luxurious aroma.

Turtle
It is grilled rare and served wrapped in pea sprouts.
The light and fibrous texture of the meat goes perfectly with the crunchiness of the pea sprouts!

Sea bream rice
For the final course, we had sea bream rice.
The rich flavor of the broth and the umami of the sea bream are in perfect harmony, the plump flesh is satisfying, and the refreshing shiso leaves add a nice accent.

With attentive service in a luxurious space, we were able to spend a luxurious time.
