This restaurant was specially prepared by my friend who insisted on taking me here. I could sense it was quite a high-end restaurant as soon as we arrived at the entrance. Once inside, we were immediately taken to our reserved seats. As usual, they first asked what we wanted to drink, and while we were studying the menu, they served a large platter of today’s selected meats 🍖 and seafood 🦞 for us to look at. They presented the freshest and special ingredients of the day, and of course we could choose from their special menu or request to have the ingredients cooked in the way we preferred, or simply choose dishes from the menu!

Since it was our first time there, we were super surprised when they brought out the large platter of meat. We chose one delicious-looking piece of beef, which was just the steak 🥩 on the special menu. Additionally, we ordered ❤️ Octopus. We initially thought we would receive a whole octopus leg or some cut-up pieces of octopus, but to our surprise, we got round slices of octopus. However, when eating, it had the chewy texture of octopus legs. It was marinated in a slightly sour and salty sauce, tasting somewhat like English pickled fish. To our delight, it was incredibly tasty when paired with the octopus. We enjoyed it with the bread 🥖 they provided and ended up eating a lot of that bread without even realizing it. It was really delicious and fragrant, making it a wonderful appetizer!

But the classic dishes were still to come. When the steak arrived, we were completely amazed. The doneness of the steak was perfect; even on the hot iron plate, it didn’t become tough. Instead, it released a nice, savory aroma. Each bite was incredibly flavorful, with a hint of bloodiness that highlighted the sweetness of the beef. Paired with their wine, it was truly delightful. A bite of meat and a sip of wine felt like sheer indulgence!

I highly recommend everyone to come enjoy a meal at this restaurant. I give it a five-star rating, which means that next time I go to Mexico, I will definitely make a special trip to dine at this restaurant. Anyone traveling to Mexico should make an online reservation and try to have at least one dinner here. This was my favorite restaurant throughout my entire trip, and I look forward to hearing about everyone’s experiences!
