Today’s soup is carrot 🥕 soup. Many people may be deterred when they hear carrots. But they keep the sweetness of carrots and get rid of most of the earthy taste of carrots! And the soup is very, very rich...it's like eating soup instead of drinking soup! It also comes with a piece of toasted bread. It is very delicious when dipped in the soup! If you are not too hungry... actually this soup can completely satisfy your stomach!

❤️Seafood cuttlefish noodles
The original item on his menu that was paired with hoisin sauce was actually handmade pasta that looked like gnocchi! But I wanted black cuttlefish noodles with seafood ingredients...so I asked the restaurant staff. I hope they can change it for me! Unexpectedly, the store clerk was very enthusiastic about me as an out-of-towner. He actually helped me switch to cuttlefish noodles with hoisin sauce! So my sauce has shrimp and octopus and some crunchy diced small seafood! The pasta here is a bit harder than in Taiwan. But I really like the taste. If I really have to name a shortcoming... it is that the noodles are not as tasty as those in Italy! And overall it’s a bit dryer! But it doesn’t have much impact. If I’m nearby and want to eat pasta... I’ll still come back just to eat pasta!

Overall I recommend it! Although if I have to compare it, it is not as delicious as the cuttlefish noodles in Italy~ But I think it is enough to make me miss Italy! If you suddenly want to eat pasta in Argentina... I think it is a good choice!
