The hot pot restaurant offers a diverse selection of soup bases and fresh items in the self-service area. The noodles are freshly made and have a good texture, while the ice cream has great flavors, and the meat selection is average. The pork hot pot and the self-service vegetable platter are very fresh, and the thick noodles are worth trying.
The indoor environment is clean, but the air conditioning is somewhat insufficient, making it feel stuffy. The condiment area is kept tidy, but the tabletop space is a bit small and can feel crowded.
The staff's attitude is friendly, and the service makes people feel relaxed and happy. The older staff members are warm like a mother, making people feel cared for.

<About the meal 🥣>
We ordered a pork hot pot with original flavor broth. To me, trying the most basic items from a restaurant is a good way to assess its quality. The meat slices and the self-service vegetable platter at this place were very fresh and nice (some of the vegetables had unique names). What intrigued me more was the noodle-making machine! I personally recommend trying the thick noodles; they were quite good.
<About the staff 👨🍳>
There was an older aunt among the staff, but she had an inexplicable warmth while working, serving you like a mother. In that moment, I really wanted to say: "I can do it myself!" 🤣.
<About the environment 🐾>
The overall environment was very nice. If the sauce area gets a bit messy from customers, a staff member would come to clean it up. However, the tables for dining in were a bit small; there were so many plates and food piled up on the table that it was a bit cramped.

This is my first time trying the restaurant in Tamsui. I happened to be nearby, so I decided to dine here. It's located in the K area of the underground mall at Taipei Main Station, which is an entire shopping district of 東森 (Eastern Shopping). It's my first time in this area, and it's quite cool.
▪️ Plum Blossom Pork Hot Pot $340
▪️ Plum Blossom Pork Hot Pot (extra serving) $340 + $49
▪️ Soup Base: Japanese Style +$10, Vegetarian +$10
▪️ Points redemption at 10 points: Value Seafood
The meat is quite normal and tastes good, not tough. The vegetable buffet has a decent selection. I think both soup bases are a bit bland and look quite similar. I don't really understand why all the soup bases require an extra charge 😂. The seafood redeemed with points is pretty good and quite fresh. There are also some hot and cold drinks, as well as smoothies and ice cream.
What impressed me the most about this place is the noodles. The freshly made noodles are very unique, and you definitely have to try a bowl. Both the thin and thick noodles have a nice texture.
Overall, I feel that it's tasty but quite standard hot pot. It has a high substitutability; even though the noodles are special, I wouldn't particularly want to visit again.
Reviewer Comments: The restroom is shared with the shopping street.
This visit to the hot pot restaurant located near Taipei Station is at a newly opened branch in the underground shopping area K. I've eaten at other branches before, and this time I happened to pass by and decided to give it a try. I ordered two types of broth—vegetarian and Japanese style—with plum pork as the meat choice. The prices were 340 NT dollars for the regular size and 389 NT dollars for the larger portion. Additionally, I redeemed points for some value seafood. At checkout, a 10% service charge was added, totaling 824 NT dollars. Payment can be made in cash or via Line Pay, which is very convenient.
The self-service area offers a variety of fresh and plentiful ingredients, and the environment is very clean. The unique aspect of the noodles here is that they are made on-site with machines, and you can choose between thin or thick noodles, which are supplied unlimitedly, and they taste quite good. For desserts, there are both milk and brown sugar flavored ice creams, both of which are quite delicious. The performance of the meat is average, but overall it was still decent. However, the air conditioning was somewhat lacking, making it a bit stuffy, and I found myself sweating a bit while eating. Fortunately, the staff were friendly, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.
