The ramen broth is clear and sweet, with a seafood aroma, salty but not greasy. The ingredients are plentiful, including char siu, sous-vide chicken, scallops, and vegetables, while the noodles are slightly chewy and have a smooth texture.
This time, I went to dine alone, so I was seated quite quickly. I didn't originally plan to add extra noodles, but after seeing the notice that you could try different types of noodles, I decided to give it a shot!
This time, I ordered the scallop clear soup ramen with a soft-boiled egg. I chose the firmer Kyushu whole grain noodles. Unfortunately, the char siu rice was sold out, so I'll have to try that next time.
The soup base is really quite clear and sweet, and you can also taste a hint of seafood aroma. However, it still has the saltiness of ramen. The overall toppings in the bowl are fairly abundant, including char siu, sous-vide chicken, scallops, clams, and vegetables. After finishing, I even added an extra ball of firmer noodles. Personally, I prefer the firmer texture, as it is smoother, haha.
This is definitely a ramen shop I will revisit!
