The clerk is very friendly and will help you arrange a seat directly inside. Probably because they are afraid of wasting space, as the space inside is not large (but then the first floor was full, and the second floor seemed to be open). The space is bright, clean and comfortable. I actually hesitated for a long time when I saw the menu. I didn’t know what to order, but I was interested in everything🤣. Then I ordered a total of 3 side dishes and one soup.
The fried noodles are a family tradition. The fried sauce is very flavorful, the portion of the fried sauce is quite sufficient, and the noodles are chewy. However, the noodles are a little bit too little for me. Maybe I didn’t mix them evenly enough. There is still fried sauce left after finishing the meal. But I still finished eating.
The Baiye Tofu was ordered because the vegetarian chicken was gone. It felt a bit more ordinary. The cucumbers and radishes were very crisp and not too sour. This was great!
Half tendon and half meat soup, the soup is good, and the meat and tendons are very soft, really soft. It can be seen that it has been stewed for a long time, and the tendons are even softer than Baiye. You can crush them with your tongue without biting. .Although I still prefer a little competition, this part is a matter of opinion.
Overall, the experience and taste are good, but it's not a restaurant you'd eat at every day. It's a little more expensive, so it's suitable for treating yourself or having a dinner party.
