The portion sizes of the food are generous, especially the amount of chicken nuggets in the crispy chicken rice, which is impressive, but there are fewer vegetables. The crispy sauce has a sweet taste, and the curry sauce in the chicken curry rice is rich.
The restaurant is located inside Fengjia Night Market, and it may take some time to find it, but the atmosphere is nice, and the turnover rate is high, indicating its popularity.
The store uses a ordering machine system, offering the choice of plastic bags or paper boxes for packing, and there is an option for charitable donations. This little touch is impressive.
Because I helped a friend move some things, I got invited out to eat. My friend suggested we try the delicious curry rice at Fengjia, so I came to give it a taste.
That day, I wasn’t really that hungry, and I was also curious about the curry sauce, so I ordered it. It had a flavor that was somewhat in between mayonnaise and yellow mustard, slightly sweet, so I took a few bites but ended up giving up and asking for a takeout. When packaging for takeout, you need to choose between a plastic bag or a paper box, and there's a donation (up to 5 NT dollars) for a charity at the ordering counter. I think this little detail is quite nice.
During my time there, many people came and went, and the table turnover rate was very high. However, since the shop is hidden within the Fengjia Night Market, it does require some effort to find, and parking is another challenge altogether.
