This dessert shop is located near the Ningxia Night Market. The store is not big, but because the name of the shop is so special, I was attracted to it when I passed by it before. I immediately checked the Instagram of this shop (the account number is pharmacist_food).

The main dessert is of course Basque~~ The flavors include original, taro paste, hojicha, chocolate, coffee tiramisu. They sell 5-inch cakes and 1/4 slice cakes; they also sell raw milk buns, square cheese, Lemon cake, cinnamon rolls, strawberry bento, almond tiles, butterfly puff pastry, nut tart, etc.

This dessert adopts a limited reservation system, and the store only has a small amount of items in stock, so if there are items you want to buy, it is strongly recommended to make a reservation with the owner through IG first. Going directly to the store may not be enough~

Hojicha Basque 1/4 slice $135
I am a Hojicha lover who must order Hojicha when the word Hojicha appears on the menu. The aroma of Hojicha in this cake can be smelled as soon as I enter it. The taste is solid but not hard, and the sweetness is not very high. It's too greasy. I don't usually like desserts, so I was immediately won over. People who like tea-flavored desserts recommend this flavor.

Chocolate Basque 1/4 slice $170
The taste is relatively soft, and has the flowy feel of chocolate sauce. It tastes very dense and smooth. The sweetness is slightly higher than that of hojicha. It is suitable to be eaten with tea. I quite like it.

Overall, although the price is a little higher, it is actually not much different from the price of cakes in cafes, and the taste of this Basque cake does not live up to the sub-label of the store name "My Healing Prescription". It is recommended to those who like it. For dessert lovers, you can follow IG to make reservations!
