It is recommended to make a reservation. It is rare to see a restaurant that requires queuing in Toufen. The pork ribs I ordered today were really delicious! Moderately fat and lean, plus black pepper sauce, it elevates the aroma of BBQ kiln roasting to a new level. It’s not greasy at all. It’s really fun to eat meat with gloves!

I also recommend the baked brûlée, which is great as an after-dinner dessert. The caramelized surface and the egg flavor of the brûlée make it a perfect finishing dessert!
