Today we went to an Italian restaurant in Shangshun, Qiaoyi Si Kiln Baked Handmade Restaurant. It is a Matador corporate catering company that provides kiln baked pizza, roasted whole chicken, pasta and specialty drinks.
It is recommended to make a reservation. It is rare to see a restaurant that requires queuing in Toufen. The pork ribs I ordered today were really delicious! Moderately fat and lean, plus black pepper sauce, it elevates the aroma of BBQ kiln roasting to a new level. It’s not greasy at all. It’s really fun to eat meat with gloves!
I also recommend the baked brûlée, which is great as an after-dinner dessert. The caramelized surface and the egg flavor of the brûlée make it a perfect finishing dessert!
Unfortunately, there were only two people this time and there was no room to order his pizza. Mozzarella thickened lava cheese pizza was highly recommended on the Internet! Look at the picture and the guilt report. Be sure to try it next time!
