This time we're at a seafood restaurant that has many branches across the United States, specializing in lobster and steak, among other things. This chain can be found in many states across the US.

Its quality should be at a certain standard! The overall exterior and interior of the restaurant are quite suitable for family and friends to gather for meals.

Furthermore, there are plenty of outdoor parking spaces – perfect for when you have a craving for lobster or steak!

👉 Surf and Turf
On that day, since I wanted to try both lobster and steak, I immediately ordered what they call the surf and turf. The dish includes sirloin steak and a lobster tail, and I also added some buttered shrimp! It was quite a hearty meal.

As for the steak, I found it to be slightly above average. Although it doesn't compare to other specialized steak houses, it's still decent for a steak.

Regarding the lobster tail, since it’s the restaurant's signature dish – the overall portion isn’t very large, but the cooking method and flavor are quite good. Therefore, I still recommend trying the lobster when you visit this restaurant!

As for the shrimp, I found it to be just okay. It reminded me of a microwave-enhanced version of buttered lobster from Costco. So, if you are thinking of adding something extra, you might consider it, but it's not a must-order.

⭐️ Drinks Section
👉 Margarita
The drinks here are served in large cups! And even though they are big, the alcohol content is quite sufficient. Unlike some cocktail bars in Taiwan that dilute their drinks with a lot of water, seeing such a big cup of drink with a strong alcohol content is definitely worth it.

So if you’re ordering, I highly recommend getting a cocktail to enjoy!

The atmosphere here is like that of a typical American restaurant, with many sofa areas to accommodate different families and groups, making it quite suitable for family and friends gatherings.

If you have a larger group, you can also be seated at long tables.

The overall atmosphere has slightly dim lighting, which can make it a bit challenging to read the menu. You might need to use a flashlight or the table's light to see the menu. However, it's not a major inconvenience.

At the same time, it’s quite relaxed – a very suitable dining environment!

The service in American restaurants is generally quite good, especially considering we give a good amount of tip. You will have a dedicated server checking in on your various needs regularly, which is comparable to other American restaurants.

⭐️ Price Section
After this meal, I spent around $60 plus tip, which is quite average for the prices in the US.

Overall, I think this is a reasonably decent restaurant with above-average food and atmosphere, offering good value for money. If you’re unsure of where to eat and happen to be near this restaurant, it's worth trying their lobster and steak, especially since they also offer a wide range of seafood dishes.
