Located next to the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park in Taipei, at Lane 553, Section 4, Zhongxiao East Road, there's a rather unique sign. There aren't many people dining at this time, probably because it's a weekday.

The menu offers a variety of dishes, but what attracts me the most is the original flavor pancakes, also known as soufflés. They are soft and chewy, and I want to eat them all. The production process is quite labor-intensive, but of course, that doesn't stop my sweet tooth!
