A chain store that opens from evening until noon. If you finish work a bit later, this place is quite suitable for late-night snacks, especially since most nearby stores have already closed. There is always a crowd of customers when I come, especially around 10:00. Perhaps everyone just can't resist the temptation (?). There's an area for dining in, but you have to line up outside to place your order; there's not really any organized queue system—just stand behind the last person.
I particularly like the menu on the wall; it's very straightforward and easy to read. 😂
The food comes out very quickly here. Unless it's something that needs to be freshly cooked like hot pot noodles or vermicelli, you can likely get your dinner right away. Usually, the ladies prepare things in advance, or there are items already on the counter; I guess they get worried that some customers might not want to wait, so they make things ahead of time. However, sometimes after work, when I want to eat something hot, I end up disappointed when I come here. Last time, I wanted to order something that might require to be made fresh, and specifically asked for it to be for dine-in. I ordered soup dumplings and pan-fried buns, but they were also served lukewarm and had been sitting out.

The attitude of the staff is quite poor; they are very polite to male customers but very rude to female customers. I asked if they had egg pancakes, and the staff said I'd have to wait 15 minutes, so I agreed to wait. Then, the female staff member said, “Well, you can wait slowly…” It’s outrageous. Do female staff members really treat female customers so unfriendly now? Meanwhile, they treat male customers with kindness.
I won't go there again. I just checked Google reviews, and there are a lot of one-star ratings all about the service attitude of the lady and the Vietnamese female staff; it's ridiculously rude to customers all the time! I hope other businesses open near Xiaogang Hospital so that these bad staff members won't keep bullying customers.
