Gui Ji Ming Pin was established in 2017, which makes it about seven years old today. In comparison to many hand-shaken drink brands, such a young enterprise is quite notable. The founder chose the saying "Eat fruit and worship the tree" as a concept of gratitude, and the brand name Gui Ji is derived from the homophone for fruit.

The Gui Ji Zhongyuan store is located on Shijian Road in the Zhongyuan Night Market. During night market hours, there are many people around, but the dark green primary color of the shop is actually a low-key yet noticeable presence.

Today, I enjoyed the Red Water Oolong, priced at 40 NT dollars.

Red Water Oolong:
I believe it is a must-try pure tea item from Gui Ji. The oolong tea has a rich flavor, with a distinct fruit aroma, being refreshing without bitterness. The tea base uses local white hair oolong, and even without sugar, it maintains a fairly stable quality.

About five or six years ago, shortly after the establishment of the main store near the Taipei Arena, there were very few branches of Gui Ji, so if you wanted to drink it, you had to go specifically to the one next to the Arena. Now that it has firmly established itself, I can even enjoy it outside of Taipei without realizing it. Plus, the quality remains consistently good, which is pleasing.

Overall, it is a branch of a stable quality chain enterprise. The store has a small dining area, and on the wall, they have created a large turtle using beverage film, which is quite spectacular and fun.
