This brunch shop is located in Zhongli, only a one-minute walk from the gate of Chung Yuan University.

The boss's special meal consists of a five-ounce piece of pure pork hamburger, half a slice of nut toast, a choice of tartar sauce and white pepper sauce, and a choice of half-boiled egg/omelette/American scrambled egg.
For the sauce, I chose shirataki hot sauce, which is a sauce made of diced onions + yellow mustard + jalapeno peppers; for the eggs, I chose sun eggs.

This boss's special meal is similar to a DIY meal. The sauce will only be placed on the side, and customers can decide how to mix it with it.
The toast contains nuts and tastes great; the five ounces of pure pork burger meat is juicy and chunky! It tastes very enjoyable😋.
