🥢 A Japanese home-style restaurant with a local Taiwanese twist

Although this restaurant feels like it’s on the Japanese cuisine path,
the overall flavor is distinctly Taiwanese, so I categorize it as a Taiwanese restaurant. 😆

Regardless of the style, I usually order stir-fried udon and fried rice.
Normally, I just call ahead for takeout, but today I decided to dine in and try it out.

One thoughtful detail about this place is that you can choose whether or not to add vegetarian seasoning.
This is a plus for those who pay attention to their dietary health. 👍🏻

Aside from my usual order of stir-fried udon, this time I also casually ordered stir-fried cabbage with sakura shrimp. 🦐
A large plate was only 60 TWD, which is great value for money.
It tasted refreshing and not oily, and the portion was ample,
making it perfect for someone on a diet for dinner. 🥬

Finally, I also took home a portion of salmon fried rice,
planning to use it for lunch at work the next day (packaged in a takeaway container).
I tasted a bite and found it to be rather mild and lacking any special surprises,
but it was acceptable as an occasional meal.

Overall,
the flavors of this restaurant's dishes are average,
but there’s no feeling of disappointment.
If you live nearby, it’s definitely a good choice for everyday dining,
as it’s convenient and not bad to eat.
However, if you’re planning to make a special trip here for a meal,
it might not be worth it and feel a bit unnecessary.
