I came to Osaka on a business trip this time. The restaurants were all chosen by the manufacturers. Today’s dinner was at Shodoen. The location is in Namba. There are many cowherd restaurants nearby (because the manufacturers drove the car. What I saw when I got off the car was not what I usually come by myself. It’s a place I visit sometimes. So I don’t know the relative location.)
This is a complex restaurant. You can choose roasted meat or hot pot. So I chose a Japanese restaurant instead of a roasted meat shop.
Today we chose the shua shua hot pot. Because it is a la carte from the manufacturer, we only know that it is Wagyu beef. But it does not have too much oil and fat. It tastes more durable than the usual Wagyu beef. It is less likely to get tired after just a few pieces. Overall, the meat is fresh and tender. It also melts in the mouth. It's delicious, especially with the two sauces he provided. One is sesame sauce and the other should be a special sauce. It has a bit of grapefruit flavor, but it's not like anything I've tasted before. Yuzu soy sauce. Add chopped green onions and mashed carrots. It tastes really good.
The service of the service staff is excellent. There is nothing to be picky about. The only thing is that if you order more freshly cut Wagyu beef, you will have to wait longer.
Overall it's pretty good. I'd like to try the roasted pork next time if it's as delicious.
(Same. I’m too embarrassed to take pictures of the menu when I’m having a treat)
