Located near Mingdao Junior High School in the Mingdao Garden City food street area, the exterior might look like just an ordinary quaint café at first glance, so you wouldn’t expect it to be a vegetarian restaurant. It was only when a university baseball team rushed in during our meal that we discovered it serves vegetarian food 😅 After browsing around, the whole team rushed out again.

🍜=＞Fresh Fragrant Braised Noodles_ Yellow noodles, you can pay extra to change the noodles or add soup, and you can choose whether to have the vegetarian “pork” served separately. The ordering process feels very considerate.
The noodles are delicious yellow noodles, and the broth really has a fragrant taste; I feel like I could drink more. If I come again, I’ll add soup (additional 20 NT dollars). The vegetables also seem fresh.
The vegetarian “pork” is a bit thin, but the outer skin feels caramelized and crispy, very tasty.

🎂*When checking out at the counter, the staff asked if I was a birthday celebrant for the month. It turns out they started a birthday event in May, and it just so happened that I was one of them. The staff also thought it was quite a coincidence. After the ID verification, I could choose a birthday gift, and the offer for birthday celebrants on that day differs from others for the month. Since I am a celebrant for the month, I chose the baby bok choy side dish, which I found to be very flavorful. It seems to have a hint of lemon paired with it, and drizzling their vegetarian sauce on top is perfect for the summer!
