Their steaks are freshly cut when ordered. We chose the New York steak, made with premium Japanese A5 Wagyu. The exterior of the steak is char-grilled, making it very crispy. Unfortunately, it has more gristle than expected, requiring more chewing, but the more you chew, the more flavorful it gets! The sauce on the side is a whiskey cream sauce, which I really liked! Their homemade sauce is very special, paired with sesame leaves and mushrooms, along with their homemade white wine vinegar and basil sauce, served with pumpkin puree underneath, which is very delicate and has a strong pumpkin aroma!
▶ Truffle Wild Mushroom Risotto with Roast Seafood $780 ◀
The truffle flavor in the risotto is incredibly strong, and each grain of rice is coated in the sauce. Although the risotto is on the wetter side, it doesn't feel mushy at all! Plus, the scallops and salmon on top are a huge bonus; the scallops are medium-cooked, and the salmon has no bones at all!

Grilling cuttlefish cannot possibly taste bad, and they grill it to perfection; it’s not tough at all, and the legs are crispy—so fragrant and delicious!

Although it's a simple dish, their fries really amazed me; the crispy texture makes them one of the best fries I've ever had! The fish is very delicate, but it is on the salty side, so it pairs well with the small salad on the side!
▶ Classic Caesar Salad with Char-Grilled Shrimp $360 ◀
I absolutely love the char-grilled shrimp on top; the smoky aroma is very strong, and while the texture of the shrimp is more cooked, it’s not overdone! You can even eat the shrimp tails!
▶ Crab Meat Pumpkin Cream Soup $260 ◀
Their soups are completely blended, giving them a very refined and rich texture, with a strong pumpkin flavor.
▶ Cappuccino Wild Mushroom Soup $260 ◀
Similar to the pumpkin cream soup, it is also very rich! However, the wild mushroom soup appears chunkier, but surprisingly smooth to drink, and it seems made from mushrooms, although there are shiitake mushrooms in it too!
▶ Caramel Crème Brûlée $180 ◀
The caramel on top has some thickness and a crispy texture! The crème brûlée leans more towards a pudding texture; it’s not too heavy nor overly sweet, perfectly paired with the caramel sweetness.

The vanilla ice cream on top is very thick, with homemade caramel sauce that has a burnt aroma! The brownie contains walnuts, is warm and freshly baked, very fragrant and dense, and it's slightly bitter, perfectly contrasting with the ice cream!

This is an exclusive cocktail from this branch, made with gin as the base. It has a floral aroma of hibiscus upon first sip, with bubbles and a sour taste, with not much alcohol flavor.

This cocktail is primarily based on red wine, resulting in a stronger wine flavor, but overall it's sweet. Since it also contains orange juice, it has a taste reminiscent of fruit candy.
