Raohe Night Market... It's been a long time since I last visited. Before attending university, I used to come here a lot, and after graduation... coming back brings back a lot of memories. I also met a quirky boss.

The fries are much longer than usual fries 🍟, but at least the boss didn't overcook or dry them out. The honey mustard pairs quite well with the fries, but the amount provided is a bit lacking and not quite enough. (However, given the current prices, it is indeed relatively expensive.)

<About the Staff 👨‍🍳>
The boss is super outgoing. When he saw my sister buying fries, he directly said to me, "Ah, why didn't your brother treat your sister?" Although I was taken aback at the moment, I still responded humorously to the boss. (The boss is really good at chatting with customers. It's a good place for introverted people to practice being more outgoing.)

<About the On-Site Environment 🐾>
Looking at the stall at the time, it was actually quite small, but the countertop was very clean, and I didn't smell any heavy oil or grease from the fryer.
