This hand-shaken drink shop specializes in green tea, offering four different flavors of green tea for spring, summer, autumn, and winter. The summer green tea is paired with amber pearls, showcasing a strong tea aroma that is not overly sweet, but the pearls have a slightly soft texture.

"Qingshan" is another new hand-shaken beverage brand that has recently emerged. I encountered it for the first time near Zhongshan Station. After checking, I found that there aren't many branches in Taipei yet. The decor and the menu items feel quite high-quality, so I decided to give it a try!
Qingshan specializes in green tea, and they have a variety called "Four Seasons" green tea, haha. Not the "Four Seasons" you might think of, it is instead categorized into Spring Green, Summer Green, Autumn Green, and Winter Green. According to the introduction, these different green teas come from tea leaves at various altitudes, resulting in different aromas and tastes.
Spring Green - Floral aroma, light taste
Summer Green - Woody aroma, strong taste
Autumn Green - Milky aroma, medium taste
Winter Green - Refreshing aroma, light taste
Summer Green latte $60 + Amber pearls $10
I ordered this drink because it was marked as recommended on the menu. The green tea flavor is very pronounced and fragrant, but I don’t find the tea taste too strong. The introduction mentions that Summer Green has a woody aroma, but to me, it tastes like there’s a hint of longan fragrance!
I ordered it with one level of sweetness, and with the pearls, it's not too sweet; it's really enjoyable!
The amber pearls have a moderate sweetness, and their size is between large and small pearls, so let's just call them medium pearls, haha. However, I think they feel a bit too soft in texture; it could use some improvement.
