I accidentally got a head start before checking out the Night Market King 👣. This time I went to the light of Kaohsiung - Ruifeng Night Market. There are really a lot more foreigners than before, and the entire night market is packed with people, mixed with various languages.
This stinky tofu stand is located in the middle of the second row. Although the sign is very eye-catching, if you really don’t see it, your nose will help you find it 🙂↕️. For dining in, you need to ask the owner to help arrange seating, and for takeout, you have to queue. The auntie's clothes and the sign both have the Night Market King's must-eat badge, which is really great marketing.
The stinky tofu is fried fresh, so you have to wait a bit, but the staff is quick, so it doesn’t actually take long. There are several different varieties to choose from. This time, I ordered: 👇🏻

If you love spicy food, you can ask the auntie to add some spice. I quite liked the pickled cabbage on top; it’s not too sour and not too bland, fresh and crunchy.
