Today, as soon as I arrived at the Dadaocheng Wharf and crossed the road, I found a cold noodle shop. This is also my first time trying the cabbage braised pork rice. Since the simple cabbage braised pork rice costs 110 NTD a bowl, I hesitated for a moment. But thinking that I should give it a try, I went for it.

The egg was a freshly fried soft-boiled egg, and there were also stir-fried bean thread noodles. I think the three-layer pork is a significant selling point. The sugar coating on the outer layer makes it shiny. My friend ordered the lean pork, but the meat was a bit tough. Personally, I feel that the three-layer pork adds value to the dish and makes me feel that spending 110 NTD was worthwhile.
Overall, I felt full after finishing the meal, and there was no problem with dryness or lack of sauce.
