It's slightly off-center from the Chinese school district's shopping area,
but not far from the bustling roads filled with people,
not obscure, yet easily overlooked,
is a bright and tidy vegetarian small restaurant.

This time, I just came for a simple dinner, ordering a bowl of noodles and vegetables,
but to be honest, I only ordered these because of the price…

In terms of pricing, I feel that some items are a bit high,
but overall, it's not too expensive.
However, if you want to add a few more dishes,
$150-200 per person might not be unexpected.

The flavor isn’t extraordinarily unique,
just homestyle taste, but delicious,
not greasy, leaning on the refreshing side, and after eating, you won't feel heavily burdened!
The dry noodles don't just come with a few leaves and a bit of sauce,
the level of satisfaction in a bowl exceeded my expectations!

What makes me willing to return is probably the cleanliness of the environment!
The space is bright, not dim, with enough seating distance,
the overall environment is comfortable, with some customers cleaning up on their own,
but the owner keeps it very clean as well!

In the short dining time,
the indoor diners were full, and the takeout crowd was continuous,
the owner served food quickly,
so customers are quite willing to wait (because it won’t take long).
I thought that the vegetarian restaurant would be busier during the beginning and middle of the lunar month,
but it seems this place has many patrons even during regular times!
