Came to this most luxurious hotel in Niseko on the second day of skiing? BBQ restaurant, long awaited! His main specialty is Hokkaido Wagyu-Bai Lao Beef. The restaurant is located in an area where parking is not easy, and the nearest parking lot is quite far away.
The dining environment in the restaurant is good, but it is a gas stove instead of a charcoal stove, which is a pity. My thoughts on this meal are: Except for the Bai Lao Beef, everything else is delicious🥲 Later I had the opportunity to eat Bai Lao Beef again, and I still thought it was ordinary. It means that Bai Lao Niu is really not good, and I really don’t recommend it.
This meal costs nearly $5,000 per person, but there is no grilling service, so points are deducted.
The high-end Japanese-style yakiniku restaurant in Niseko, Japan, is famous for its Hokkaido Wagyu (Shirao beef) yakiniku. The unit price is not cheap. There are also non-beef yakiniku dishes. First of all, the conclusion is that it is super delicious! Although the unit price is a little high, it is definitely worth it.
Because I don’t eat beef, I ordered the non-beef set meal this time. The price is ¥19,800 (excluding tax). The set meal includes:
●Appetizer: three kinds of side dishes
● Cold dishes: King crab + salmon roe cold dish
● Pork meat: raw tuna + caviar
● Salad: green salad
● Yakiniku staple food: thick-cut pork tongue, lamb shoulder, Shiretoko Chicken Matsusaka
● Seasonings for roasted pork: scallion salt and Nanban miso)
● Grilled clams: Ezo abalone
● Sushi: King crab + eel hand roll sushi
● Grilled seafood: raw food grade scallops, peony shrimps (👍highly recommended👍)
●Special Sukiyaki: Hokkaido pork slices + truffles + foamed egg liquid
● Side dish: Mini salmon roe rice bowl
● Soup: miso soup
● Dessert: Matcha ice cream mochi + strawberry
The time limit for dining is two hours, and drinks require an additional price. Personally, I think two hours is enough, and because there are many items and they need to be grilled, it will actually take a little time to eat (the clerk closes the dishes very quickly)
