On the search for a small lunch we discovered this very small restaurant in the heart of Alghero’s historic center, just a few steps from the charming bell tower of San Michele.
A restaurant that, according to themselves, celebrates the authentic flavors of Sardinia, blending tradition and innovation, offering handcrafted dishes made with genuine ingredients and passion. From our experience we can definately confirm that.
In first place it is meant to be a take away Restaurant but they also provide a handful of tables in the street nearby.

We had traditional local culurgiones (a Sardinian way of ravioli) and panadas (bread dough filled with e.g. vegetables and meat) in different variations.

This is truly a space to discover traditional food, well flavored and handcrafted. If you don't need a fancy restaurant and focus on flavor this is the place to go.
