Overall, the dining experience at "Yijianchuanxin" was quite good. I ordered the Atayal marinated meat wood-fired pizza, wood-fired garlic butter chicken wings, and fried airplane grass. The pizza crust was firm, with an even distribution of toppings, and the cheese was rich but slightly heavy. I thought adding Tabasco would help cut through the richness and enhance the flavor, so I recommend it for those who can handle spicy food. The chicken wings were grilled to a crispy exterior, retaining the juiciness inside, and the aroma of the garlic was nice. The fried airplane grass was relatively rare; the leaves were crispy and had a unique fragrance.

Overall, the flavor was a bit salty for me, and towards the end, it became somewhat heavy. There was a good variety of drink options, but I didn’t try any this time, so I can’t evaluate them. The service was friendly, and the environment was quite comfortable. The utensils and water were self-service, and there were also puzzles and books available nearby for kids to enjoy while waiting for their meals.

Located near the Songluo Trail in Yilan, "Yijian Chuanxing · Songluo Oven-Baked Pizza" is a small shop hidden in a container. It's a great place to take a break after hiking. The freshly baked pizza here has an enticing aroma, and the slightly charred crust has a pleasantly crispy texture. The most special dish is the deep-fried airplane grass, which is light and fragrant, showcasing a rare local ingredient in a creative dish. The grilled chicken wings have a crispy exterior and juicy meat, which are highly recommended as well. The atmosphere in the shop is warm, and the owner is friendly, making you want to come back to try the barbecue.
