It was my first time to have a full-body health check-up. A friend recommended the Cathay Health Check-up Center for its excellent service, so I made an appointment with this center. This time I chose the "Super Value Full Day Gastrointestinal" package, which included basic physical check-ups, blood drawings, and urine tests. In addition, there are also painless colonoscopy and gastroscopy.

As soon as I entered the counter on the second floor, someone immediately assisted me in completing the check-in procedures. Then go to the locker room to change into examination clothes. Their locker room is quite high-end, and the medical examination clothes are so comfortable. You can take the whole set home directly after the examination. Basically, every health check-up item is completed in one step, and I won't be kept waiting for too long. As soon as I check out one item, someone will guide me to the next clinic. The whole process is very seamless, and the care is very good. During the inspection process, everyone was very polite and had a great attitude~

The entire examination process takes about half a day. Because of the relationship between colonoscopy and gastroscopy, the breakfast included in the original health examination package cannot be eaten until the gastroenteroscopy is completed.

🥛Breakfast
Breakfast is millet porridge with a few simple dishes and a diced willow. The millet porridge is delicious, and Beidao cuisine seems to have specially adjusted seasonings. The overall taste is not too salty or strong, but it is not too bland and tasteless. It is very delicious for me who have been hungry all day.

🍱Chinese food
For lunch, we had to wait two hours after the report came out before picking up the meal. The Chinese food menu is even richer. The Jiugongge bento box contains a variety of dishes, in every color, with full color, flavor and flavor. The five-grain rice has a freshly cooked texture and is super delicious! Among them, I like the purple heart sweet potato and tomato soup the most. It is so delicious that I want to refill the bowl!

The dining area has a direct view of the city outside, which is very comfortable. There is also a coffee bar and hot tea nearby. Unfortunately, I just had a colonoscopy and was told not to drink anything so exciting, so I had to give up.

It was a very good health checkup experience and I was quite satisfied with the meal. I will definitely choose Cathay Pacific Health Checkup again in the future!
