The flavor of the braised pork in the gua bao is quite good, with a rich aroma of fatty meat, but the lean meat is slightly dry. The presence of peanut powder is rather low. Overall, it is a decent gua bao, although a bit expensive.
The clerk's movements are not particularly fast, but it's still acceptable if there is no need to wait in line.

On the first day of the lunar new year, I strolled around Dihua Street, where there were people lining up everywhere. Since I hadn't eaten anything by noon, I saw this shop that looked good and decided to line up; I ended up waiting for about half an hour.
▪️Gua Bao $80
I initially wanted to have oil rice, but it was sold out, so I bought a gua bao instead. The bun looked quite large, but it wasn't very full. The braised pork had a good flavor, with the fatty part being fragrant, but the lean part was a bit tough. It felt like it wasn't layered properly; it seemed to be a mix of lean and fatty meat. The peanut powder didn't have a strong presence.
Overall, it was a decent gua bao, but still a bit pricey. The staff wasn’t very quick; it was acceptable if you didn't have to wait in line, but I wouldn't particularly revisit.
